Kimitech VR 300 are unidirectional fiberglass reinforcement fabrics with a grammage of 300 g/sqm, specific for structural interventions. Kimitech VR 300 fabrics are part of the Kimitech VR 300 CMP-system in possession of CVT n° 405
Applications
Kimitech VR fabrics are used to consolidate reinforced concrete, wood and masonry elements and reinforcements of reed-and-plaster vaults.

Application
Once the surface subject to the intervention has been prepared, proceed with the application of the Kimicover FIX primer in cases where the substrate is very porous and is not sufficiently consistent and regularization of the substrate (if necessary) with Kimitech EP-TX regularization putty. Apply the Kimitech CMP two-component epoxy resin and fresh, spread the fabric and, with a special metal roller, exert light pressure on it; This operation will serve for the uniform adhesion of the fabric and will avoid dangerous formation of air bubbles. Freshly apply the Kimitech CMP epoxy impregnating agent to the fabric.
