Reinforcement of reinforced concrete panels and walls in bending and shear with FRP
Reinforcement of reinforced concrete partitions and panels is performed by applying carbon fiber fabric in bands perpendicular to the axis of the element to increase the confinement and shear resistance and, if necessary, also in bands parallel to the axis to increase the bending resistance. External corners and edges must be rounded with a minimum radius of 20 mm before applying the bands.
