Extradosal reinforcement of camorcanna vaults with FRP
The camorcanna vaults are composed of reed mats and plaster hung on wooden ribs and have paintings and stucco decorations on the intrados, often of high quality. The typical intervention consists in the application of fabrics, generally in fiberglass, to solidify the reed mats to the ribs, after removing the extrados plaster covering, in order to create the maximum possible adhesion.
