Carbon fibre connector for anchoring
Kimitech FIOCCO CB is a structural element composed of non-impregnated unidirectional carbon fibre; it is used in construction industry, for existing or new buildings, for nailing and micro-stitches. Its in strips of widths and weights able to guarantee the same amount of carbon present in the nominal reference section, to be rolled on itself or around a rigid metal, plastic or pultruded core (solid or with cavity).
Applications
• Realization of nailing and micro-stitching. • Anchoring for reconstruction of wooden beams. • Anchoring on masonry and concrete works.
Application
The application involves the following phases: - cutting the bow to size; - cutting the polypropylene weft at the end; - unravelling the end; - impregnation on site; - longitudinal rolling of the tape; - bow before insertion into the hole.
