Tectoria FINITURA

Pure natural hydraulic lime mortar for making smoothing of external and internal surfaces. Maximum grain size 1 mm.

Tectoria FINITURA is a ready-to-use mortar made of pure natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5, certified according to UNI EN 459, completely free of cement. It uses entirely recyclable natural materials, with a low content of soluble salts. In contact with water it forms very poorly soluble and very stable hydrated products of a basic nature.

Applications

Tectoria FINITURA is used for smoothing internal and/or external plasters, traditional, dehumidifying or thermal (in this case it must be applied with a suitable Kimitech mesh).

Tectoria FINITURA is a CE marked mortar according to UNI EN 998-1 for GP type mortars.

Application

The product must be mixed with drinking water. It is recommended to introduce 3/4 of the necessary water into the mixer, then continuously adding the product and the remaining water, until the desired consistency is obtained. Mix thoroughly until a perfect amalgamation is obtained. The product must not be added to any other binder during preparation and installation. Use with normal manual or mechanical equipment. Do not mix the product by adding water once it has started to set. Tectoria FINITURA must be applied on seasoned and dry surfaces, leveled, compact, clean, free from dust, loose parts, paint, grease and any other material that could compromise its good anchoring. On the well-moistened support, spread the product with a metal spatula in two passes, waiting for the previous coat to have started to set but is still damp; smooth the last coat vigorously until the surface is perfectly closed and smooth. Do not apply the product in thicknesses greater than 3 mm.
