Kimia S.p.A. è tra le poche aziende a poter vantare una trentennale esperienza nell'impiego di resine e sistemi compositi per applicazioni strutturali. L'azienda ha certificato attraverso una estesa serie di prove sperimentali le prestazioni complessive dei propri sistemi di rinforzo, correlandone i risultati alle caratteristiche di specifici substrati. Dal 1983 le nostre soluzioni vengono impiegate con successo in prestigiosi cantieri, per interventi che ancora oggi sono oggetto di studio e analisi. La compatibilità con strutture di qualunque tipo e l'efficacia nel tempo dei sistemi di rinforzo Kimia sono documentate da molteplici indagini sperimentali condotte in collaborazione con Università ed istituti di ricerca italiani. La validità delle nostre soluzioni è stata comprovata dall'ottimo comportamento delle strutture rinforzate con sistemi Kimia prima dei vari eventi sismici succedutisi in Italia negli ultimi decenni, che non hanno subito danni a seguito degli stessi.

 

Basic MALTA R3


Description

Basic MALTA R3 is a thixotropic ready-to-use antishrinkage cement-based hydraulic binder mortar with PAN synthetic fibers and corrosion inhibitors. It has high mechanical resistance to both short and long curing, strong adhesion to concrete, high resistance to sulphates and excellent durability even in highly aggressive conditions (marine areas, de-icing salts, acid rain). It does not contain metal particles and chlorides. By adding water you will get a thixotropic mortar, highly adhesive, with high toughness and durability.



 

Limepor MX CALCE


Description

Limepor MX CALCE is a ready-to-use mortar based on natural hydraulic limes, obtained by firing of raw materials at low temperatures in order to guarantee their full compatibility with masonry structures. It is CE marked in accordance with the requirements of EN 998-2 for masonry mortars, as internal and external mortar GP CS IV according to EN 998-1 and as an R2 mortar according to EN 1504-3.

Betonfix MX BETON


Description

Betonfix MX BETON is a ready-to-use mortar made of hydraulic binders, suitable for using in combination with steel fabrics or composite meshes employed as structural reinforcements. The product is CE marked as R4 mortar according to the EN 1504-3.

Kimitech EP-IS


Description

Kimitech EP-IS is a two-component, medium viscosity, solvent-free liquid epoxy resin. It does not shrink during hardening that starts once mixed the two components. Kimitech EP-IS has an excellent mechanical strength, it is suitable for alkaline environments and permanently in contact with water, it penetrates into cracks and macrofessure (around 1 mm thickncess and bigger than 1 mm). It has excellent dielectric properties, it protects the reinforcement rods from stray currents. It gaurantees a very good bonding to concrete and masonry supports. The product is supplied in two pre-dosed containers (A + B), part '' A '' is oversized to allow an easy mixing procedure.



 

Kimitech ASF


Description

Kimitech ASF is a connection system amde out of a 50 mm diameter washer and a nylon PA6 expansion plug with a steel screw, used in fixing Kimitech meshes at the intrados of RC slabs in case of anti-collapsing interventions on hollowbricks.

Kimisteel FIOCCO GLV


Description

Kimisteel FIOCCO GLV is made out of galvanized steel micro-strands with high tensile resistance, rolled up and wrapped in a tissue sleeve. The product is used in both residential and monumental buildings to create mechanical anchoring systems. Kimisteel FIOCCO GLV can be used as independent anchoring system or in combination with reinforcing systems involving Kimitech meshes or steel fabric from Kimisteel range.

Kimisteel GLV 650


Description

Kimisteel GLV 650 is a unidirectional reinforcement fabric made of high-resistance galvanized zinc plated filaments. The product can be used with inorganic matrices to achieve structural consolidation of masonry, reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete. The choice of the matrix depends on the kind of substrate on which the product is applied, the mechanical strength, the elastic modulus required for the system, the intended use environment and the vapor permeability required to the system.
