Kimisteel X-CAP is a fastening system used for anchoring Kimisteel INOX X-BAR stainless steel spiral bars. The fixing consists of a cylindrical dowel that ends with a flange from which two wings emerge, ensuring quick and easy installation. It has remarkable impact and erosion resistance, excellent durability and high thermal resistance.

Application
Construction of the pilot hole of appropriate width and depth equal to the length of the helical bar that will be used. Once the twist bar has been installed inside the hole, the dowel can be applied using the lugs in the screwing operation. Once the screwing is finished, the fins must be removed, the end of the hole is filled with appropriate mortar or epoxy matrix and the plug is completely covered, in order to ensure the best sealing of the hole and adequate adhesion between the helical bar and the substrate in the initial part.
