The Palazzo degli Affari in Florence, adjacent to the Santa Maria Novella train station, is one of the main expressions of Italian modernist architecture. Designed in 1974 by architect Pierluigi Spadolini, the building extends over a surface area of 4 thousand square meters. The intervention illustrated here concerns the restoration and protection of the degraded concrete facades.
