The 13th-century Fontana Maggiore, in Piazza IV Novembre, is the symbol of the city of Perugia. The monument is composed of two marble basins and a bronze cup. Kimia waterproofing solutions were used to protect the work from water, replacing the existing yellow ochre sheath, which was now completely worn out and no longer effective.
