The restoration of the Trevi Fountain was financed by the fashion house Fendi and carried out under the scientific supervision of the Capitoline Superintendence of Cultural Heritage of Rome. Kimia was chosen to supply waterproofing solutions for the precious marble basins. For the occasion, our laboratories developed and chromatically characterized the osmotic mortar chosen to satisfy the requests of the client and the restorers.
