Cortical restoration of reinforced concrete elements
Restoring damaged concrete is one of the most frequent interventions. The passage of time, the impact of atmospheric agents and mechanical actions contribute to the degradation of the building which, consequently, requires periodic maintenance. The intervention involves the removal of the damaged concrete, the treatment of the reinforcing bars with anti-corrosive mortar and the reconstruction of the degraded concrete parts with thixotropic mortar, also multifunctional, or with the possibility of finishing the same mortar used for the restoration.
