Betonfix RR

Betonfix RR is CE marked product for R2 mortars in compliance with the EN 1504-3.

The substrate should be completely clean, compact, free from dust, oil, paints. Accurately remove the deteriorated and inconsistent concrete until finding a compact and roughened substrate (do not apply on smooth substrates). Wet tthe area to be treated until SSD conditions and remove possible water stagnation before the application. In case of exposed reinforcement rebars, they must be cleaned from the concrete which is in contact with them through needle gun; water sandblast the surface and apply by brush Betonfix KIMIFER on the rebars. Betonfix RR is ready-to-use with simple addition of potable water for each bag. Mixing must be carried out in a cement mixer or in the mixer of the spraying machine for at least 5 minutes until you get a proper plastic, homogeneous, lump-free mixture. A mortar mixer or a drill equipped with an agitator can be used, it depends on the quantity to be prepared. Mixing must take place at low speed to avoid entrapping air. Introduce 3/4 of water required and continuously both product and remaining water until you get the consistency desired. Apply by trowel.
