Aderflex DK

Aderflex DK is CE marked according to the UNI EN 12004 standard as a C1E adhesive (cementitious adhesive with normal adhesion and extended open time).

The product must be applied on compact, non-detached supports, free from dust, grease, old crumbly paint and any material that could compromise its good anchoring. Cement supports must have been cured for at least 28 days and gypsum plasters must not have a humidity content higher than 10%.
The application of Kimitech ACR is necessary in the case of: gypsum or scagliola plasters, crumbly supports, installation at high ambient temperatures (higher than 30°C), highly absorbent supports.
Remove any old paint or adhesives by scraping or sandblasting.
To prepare the product, add the quantity of clean water indicated in the table and mix carefully with a drill at low speed (200-300 rpm) until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture is obtained.
Apply the product using a spatula with the appropriate teeth, taking care to spread it evenly in a thin layer first with the smooth part of the spatula and then go over it with the toothed part.
For outdoor installation of large format tiles or tiles with dovetail teeth, a double spreading is essential, that is, spreading the product, mixed with Kimitech ELASTOFIX resin in total replacement of the water, also on the side of the tile.
The tile must be positioned exclusively on fresh adhesive and never when the surface film has formed.
Avoid applying the product at temperatures below + 2°C or on sunny surfaces. The treated area must be protected from washing away for the first 24 hours.
