Reinforcement of reinforced concrete panels and partitions in bending and shear with FRCM strips
The restoration and reinforcement of reinforced concrete elements can be carried out by applying an FRCM system composed of a fabric with high-resistance galvanized steel strands and a thixotropic, anti-shrinkage cement mortar with high mechanical resistance, both at short and long curing times. It is also possible to foresee the use of connectors consisting of bows made with steel fabrics anchored by means of inorganic cement-based matrices.
