Kimicover FIX MV
Bicomponent medium-viscosity epoxy resin used for the preparation of substrates before waterproofing with Kimicover resins
Kimicover FIX MV is a two-component, medium viscosity epoxy primer used in the case of waterproofing on highly alkaline screeds, extremely humid when applying the waterproofing membrane and/or due to infiltrations caused by application deficiencies (incorrect treatment of joints and lapels). It is supplied in two pre-dosed containers (A + B resin, hardener).

• treatment of new screeds; • treatment of existing screeds realised on bitouminous membranes

Kimicover FIX MV is CE marked as a protective coating according to 1504-2 for intervention principles MC and IR.
Application
To prepare the product add component A to component B and mix accurately with a low speed drill (200-300 spins/min) until you get a perfect mixture. Kimicover FIX MV must be applied on mechanically consistent and properly prepared substrates (without paints, dust, oils, incoherent and/or detaching parts). Lay the product by brush or roll, taking into consideration the fact that the next layers should be made between the next 6 and 36 hours.
