From 13 June 2018, Eva Bisciotti is the CEO of Kimia S.p.A.
She's a 27-year-old engineer, Board of Directors member and Technical Project Manager. Eva Bisciotti will support the development and renewal plan of Kimia, a company from Perugia that is a recognized character in building repair and consolidation technology sector since 1979. Her role is the crowning of a path, built during the previous administration, which led to the generational handover in company management.
In 2015, the founders of the company, the Bisciotti brothers, chose to leave the management of the company in order to encourage the approach of the new generation. This action will lead the company, in a harmonious and natural way, to a new phase. A transition time therefore, aimed at allowing Kimia to continue to do its best in an increasingly complex and competitive market.
Her role as one of the youngest Italian managers to lead an established company, is the symbol of a clear vision of the company and the goals that we intend to reach in the coming years: innovation and development respecting tradition.
The transfer of power to the last generation of the Bisciotti family takes place almost together with the celebration of forty years of activity: "I am excited and aware of the commitment that this role entails" - commented Eva Bisciotti. "In Kimia I worked, every day side by side with companies, technicians, sales network and designers, starting from the basic activities that are carried out in a company of our size, in order to be ready to this moment. Today, the collaboration and the enthusiasm of the whole company staff help me and give me all the energy that this new position requires ».
