Description

Tecnoseal 130 is a single component, ready to use, polyurethane sealant. It has excellent resistance to atmospheric agents, chemical substances (oils, grease, acids and dilute alkalis) and it is suitable for permanent contact with water. Tecnoseal 130 can be painted and provides a permanent elasticity capable of absorbing continual structural movements (work movement 25%). Tecnoseal 130 adheres perfectly to concrete, natural stone, wood and laminated metals in general. Tecnoseal 130 is a single component product which polymerises according to the environmental temperature and to the relative humidity, starting with the external surfaces and continuing up to the joint section; with a temperature of about 15°C the polymerisation has a speed of approx. 1 mm per day (with temperatures less than +5°C the polymerisation does not occur).
As of 24 August 2023, a proper training is required prior to industrial or professional use of this product, according to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) - Mandatory Training.

Use cases

Tecnoseal 130 is used for elastic and waterproof sealing of construction joints carrying significant loads, both horizontally and vertically, in traditional and prefabricated building. Tecnoseal 130 is ideal for works in tin.
